Cecilia Yang

Cecilia represents businesses in corporate and commercial matters, including contract disputes, restrictive covenants, and partnership issues. She also advises on compliance and negotiates commercial agreements, providing practical solutions through both litigation and dispute resolution.
Cecilia earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and holds a B.A. in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, EDNY, SDNY, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Cecilia is a Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee at the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).
