White and Case

Pang-Mei (P.M.) Natasha Chang is the staff attorney in the Private Clients group at White & Case LLP. She focuses primarily on estate and trust administration and accounting, working closely with fiduciaries, including major banking institutions. She also assists with estate planning, wealth transfer planning, insurance planning, and IRA/retirement benefit planning for domestic and international clients.

With over twenty-five years of experience in Trusts & Estates law, Ms. Chang was previously a partner at a boutique law firm and principal of her own practice. She speaks Mandarin, French, and Russian, assisting clients in cross-border and family legacy matters. 

She is a member of the Society of Estate & Tax Practitioners (STEP), the New York State Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association, where she serves on the Estate and Gift Tax Committee as well as the Trusts, Estates, and Surrogate's Court Committee.

Ms. Chang received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Harvard University. 

She has written on the protection of women in the modern family, including the critically-acclaimed book, Bound Feet & Western Dress (Doubleday), which has been translated and published in over ten countries. She is also an amateur pianist who sits on the board of the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival held yearly in Colchester, Vermont, that attracts musicians from all over the world.
