Jolie Yang is the Assistant General Counsel at Uniswap Labs where oversees product legal and compliance. Prior to joining Uniswap, Jolie was product and corporate counsel at Coinbase, where she helped take the company public and launched Base, layer two blockchain on Ethereum. Through her work at Uniswap Labs and Coinbase, Jolie has deep technical knowledge of the DeFi industry and crypto more broadly from stablecoins to protocols. Jolie earned her BA and The Ohio State University and her JD at the University of Virginia School of Law.
